Long Vacation Episode #6-Sena is very sad. Ryoko starts to cry. Sena says "Why r u crying?"
She has no response. He leaves and sees Minami waiting for him but he
walks away cause he wants to be alone. She catches up to him and tells
him that she is lost and needs his help to get back to apt. A bit
annoyed, but he drives for her.
-Next day. Sena talks with Sasaki. Sena says he wants to change his
way of playing the piano. He no longer wants to play for himself but
for someone. Sasaki says the only way he can change and play really
well is if he really is playing for someone and not pretending to.
Sasaki tells him to give it time and sooner or later, he will be able
to so dont worry.
-Ryoko and Sena meet on the street. They just stare at eachother and
both cant say nothing to eachother. Ryoko walks away.
-Minami fails another job interview.
-Minami at a date with Sugisaki. They are at a movie and they have
contrast of opinion too. They go to Shinji's club. Sugisaki asks
Minami how the interview went. She lies and says she doesnt know the
results yet. When Sugisaki goes to bathroom, Minami talks with Shinji.
Minami tells Shinji bout Ryoko and Sena breaking up. Shinji seems
happy. Minami asks Shinji for some money and explains to him that she
failed another interview. Sugisaki overhears this conversation and
realizes that she lied to him.
-Sugisaki drives Minami home. He offers Minami a job at being his
assistant. He asks her not to lie to him no more and she realizes he
knows bout how she failed the interview and explains that she didnt
want to sound like a dork. He tells her that even if she failed 100
interviews, she will still be cute to him. (isnt that sweet?--Nip)
-Minami goes to the roof where Sena is. Sena who is quite depressed,
compares himself to the night...he says that there has to be a black
darkness in order for people to see a star shine. (he is the darkness
and Ryoko is the star). Minami tells him that Sugisaki offered her a
job but doesnt know if she should take it since she doesnt know
anything bout cameras. Sena tells her that she should take it cause it
will be a good new experience. Then, they go play basketball. They
talk bout scenes from the movie they saw with their dates (Ryoko+Sena
and Min+Sugi saw same movie). They have the same fave scenes. Minami
is happy and says "Let's be friends forever!! ok?" they keep on
talking and they have fun together that night.
-Shinji is very happy (bout the Ryoko+Sena break up) and Ru sees that
he is happier than normal and is a bit suspicious.
-Momoko comes to visit Sena at his YAMAHA school. They talk bout if
Minami did it with Sugisaki or not. Momoko thinks they did. Sena
thinks they didnt.(the answer is= they didnt--Nip) Then, one of Sena's
friend at the university comes and tells Sena that Ryoko hasnt come to
the university in a week or so. Sena's friend asks if Sena could talk
to her and see what's up. He refuses and tells Momoko and his friend
that Ryoko has dumped him.
-Minami is assisting Sugisaki at a shooting. She realizes its kinda
hard and is making little mistake.
-Sena decides to call Ryoko. It's the machine. But Ryoko is really
there and is listening to the message. He says to tha machine that he
hopes to be friends like before and hopes that awkwardness fades away
soon.
-Momoko comes to Ryoko's place. Momoko says that Ryoko is too straight
cause she dumped Sena even though she wasnt even going out with Shinji
yet. Ryoko says she probably wont even get Shinji. Momoko says to her
that dont give up cause u can live life only once.
-Minami calls Sena to eat dinner at the Ramen shop. But its closed so
they go to SHinji's club. Minami tells Sena that assisting Sugisaki is
harder than she thought. But her relationship with him is going great.
Shinji comes to talk with them. Then Momoko comes in with Ryoko. Ryoko
had come to tell Shinji that she likes him but now, she wont because
Sena is there. Momoko and Minami get into a fight about Momoko
bringing Ryoko here. Ryoko tells them to stop and runs away. Sena
tells Shinji to come and they run after Ryoko. Ru is watching this and
is upset at the sight of Shinji running after Ryoko. They catch up to
her and Sena tells Ryoko to talk to Shinji. Then, Sena leaves. Minami
is waiting for him. Ryoko tells Shinji that she couldnt stop thinking
about him and so she came to the Ben Folds Five live in order to see
him. Shinji apologizes for not coming to see her and hugs her.
Sena walks home. Minami follows behind him. About halfway, he finally
realizes that Minami is following him. THey walk together, and then
race home.
-they didnt go inside the apt but sits outside on a curve. Minami
tells Sena that he is way too nice. They talk for a bit. Then, Sena
says."Lets kiss." Minami smiles and says "ok". Sena leans over and
kisses her.
