Episode Eleven

Kaito and Hiromi started thinking about what to do after what Masaru told them the night before.

On the other hand, Masaru decided to start surfing again. It seems that Masaru was the first surfer ever in Japan. But he hadn't surfed in years so no one liked the idea but no one could stop Masaru. He didn't think he was too old at all. Masaru buys all the necessary equipment and goes to the ocean. But he wasn't able to get on the surfboard and was thrown over by the waves. He was shocked at this but didn't want anyone's help.

He decides to get some exercise before surfing again. Hiromi and Kaito volunteer to help and so begins the strenuous days of training. The two decided to concentrate on helping Masaru and not to think about their situation at hand. Everyday, a strenuous schedule awaited but Masaru didn't give up. He would eat twice as much as all of them. He was really serious about this.

The morning comes when Masaru is to attempt surfing again. This time, it was successful and Masaru thanked the two for helping him work out. At dinner, they celebrated and Makoto, who was against the idea from the start, told Masaru to be careful of high waves. Masaru went back to his room and listened to the weather forecast but it was not good. The wind was strong, meaning that the waves would be extra high. But he didn't want this to stop him. As a surfer, he wanted the waves to come.

The next morning, we wakes up before anyone else to surf.

When Makoto wakes up and goes down to the first floor, she finds out that Masaru is not there. He was not in his room either. Hiromi and Kaito wake up and find out that Masaru is missing. They go outside and Hiromi and Kaito run to the ocean to look for Masaru. But they can't find him. Then Makoto spots a surfboard on the sand. It is Masaru's!
